DID YOU KNOW?? K.I.T.T. originally stood for "Trans Am Two Thousand" (T.A.T.T.) because the car was based on the Pontiac Trans Am. The red lights on the front of K.I.T.T. were inspired by the "eye" on the Cylons' ship in Battlestar Galactica.
