DID YOU KNOW?? The Hannibal 8 was a custom-built, rocket-propelled car that could raise and lower itself, shoot a cannon, and create smoke screens. It was designed to be destructive and help the villainous driver beat his heroic competitor. The Hannibal 8 was powered by a Corvair 6-cylinder engine and had a 3-speed manual transmission and cost $150,000 to build in 1964, which is equivalent to over $1 million today!! After Warner Brothers let the cars go, they were displayed at the Movie World Cars of the Stars Museum in Buena Park, California... but where are they now??
