What an amazing weekend resulting in two EPIC SHOWS at our Museum in Oxnard. Although the doors will officially be closing on July 7th, WONDERCON 2024 went off like gangbusters! Tons of MODEL KITS and MODEL BUILDERS from across the country competed for BEST OF SHOW... and these were the BEST.
Someone even build David's cool C10 Stepside! But my favorite?? The BLADE RUNNER SPINNER, as I rebuilt the original for Syd Mead many years ago and I'm a huge BR fan. PLUS, my good buddy Lou Franco (Who created Wondercon) built my original BATMOBILE from a Japanese Bandai Kit! It's A... MAZING!
